My life’s journey has been a vibrant blend of business savvy, artistic expression, and a deep passion for empowering others. With a diverse background in business administration, arts and entertainment, and leadership development, I’ve spent over 15 years spearheading impactful initiatives.
In Washington D.C. and New York City, I ignited a spark of transformation. For over four years, I led the inaugural Program Director role for a youth academy in New York City. There, I witnessed the transformative power of guidance firsthand, working with young women aspiring for success in the entertainment industry. Many artists I mentored went on to achieve remarkable things, securing placements with top brands like ESSENCE, Time Magazine, Pandora, and Netflix. Others bravely launched their own ventures in diverse fields like health, tech, and beauty. This experience fueled my passion for empowering artists, leading me to create Boss Artist Nation, a mentorship program providing artists with the resources they need to build thriving careers and fulfilling personal lives.

In 2018, I poured my heart and soul into producing a captivating film called “One Last Goodbye,” a story that explores the profound impact of suicide on loss survivors. The film’s powerful message resonated deeply, garnering an impressive 22 awards in a single year.
But life threw me a curveball in 2020 when I faced a daunting diagnosis of a brain tumor, leading to a grueling 12-hour surgery. After undergoing the surgery, I embarked on a period of reflection. Little did I know that during this pause, I would discover a newfound passion for helping women rewrite their narratives, transforming their tales of work, marriage, and motherhood into stories bursting with joy and anticipation!
Today, I lead Girlfriends Thriving™: A supportive space for heart-led, purpose-driven, Christian women to ignite their careers, nurture their relationships, and create a life brimming with purpose and joy.
